Is Snow Leopard Supported? - Currently WebEx users will not be able to join or start meetings with 64-bit Safari 4 (default browser on Snow Leopard Mac OS X 10.6).
- WebEx users can start or join meetings with Firefox 3.5 or 32-bit Safari 4.
When will 64-bit Safari 4 be supported? - WebEx is releasing a patch scheduled for August 31st that will address this issue and is specific to WBS 27 sites. Customers are scheduled to receive this update in September 09'.
- A support plan for WBS 26 sites is pending.
- Sites using WBS 25 and below will not be supported.
What will happen if I try to join/start with Safari on an unsupported site? - The browser will hang at the 'One Moment Please...' page.
Are there any workarounds? - Start/join with Firefox 3.5.
- Start Safari 4 in 32-bit mode.
