To cancel your QuickBooks Remote Access account: - Direct your browser to http://qb.webex.com.
- Enter your e-mail address & password then click LOG IN.
- Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab then Subscriptions on the left-hand navigation bar.
Your current QuickBooks Remote Access subscriptions will be displayed.
- Click on the Cancel Subscriptions link at the bottom of the window.
- Set all Quantity fields to 0 and then click on Done.
Subscription changes to your QuickBooks Remote Access account take effect immediately.
There are no refunds for any unused portion of your WebEx account.

MeetMeNow, PCNow, and QuickBooks Remote Access offer remote access and online meetings based on a monthly billing cycle. Usage of service does not impact the monthly recurring fee. If you elect to discontinue your account in the middle of a billing cycle, there will be no refund for the unused portion of the account. Continue with the steps below if you are utilizing http://qb.webex.com.
