Host is unable to login to host account.
|

Error: The user name or password that you typed is incorrect.

My login and password is not working.

| Solution: |
Follow the steps below to have your username and password sent to you via email: - From the My WebEx login page, click the Login Assistance button or the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with the host account in the Email address field.
- Click OK.
Note: This option may be disabled on some sites depending on how the Site Administrator has the site configured. If this option is disabled, please contact your Site Administrator or WebEx Customer Success Manager. Related Articles:
