Follow the steps below to recover your password: - Browse to your WebEx website. (Example: https://SITENAME.webex.com)
- Click on the Host Log In button, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
The Log In page appears.
- Click the Login Assistance link.
The Login Assistance window will appear.
- Enter your email address in the text box and click OK.
Your login information will be e-mailed to you right away.
Note: If the Login Assistance option is not present beneath the Log In dialog, you will need to contact your Site Administrator or Customer Success Manager for further assistance. Related Articles:
