Follow the instructions below to install the QuickBooks Remote Access agent with the most commonly used options:

1. Browse to http://qb.webex.com.
2. Login using your login e-mail address and password.
3. Click on the REMOTE ACCESS tab.
4. Click Set up New Computer.
   
   You will see the following screen.  Read carefully.
   
   
    
5. Click NEXT.
   
   You will be prompted to install the QuickBooks Remote Access agent.
    
6. Click Yes to install the software, then click NEXT.
   
   You will be prompted if you want to access the entire computer or only the QuickBooks application.
   
   
7. Select the appropriate item, then click Next.
8. You will then be asked for the Setup Type. Select Default, then click NEXT.
   
   You will be prompted to enter the name for the remote computer. 
   
   
9. Specify an Access Code.  This is an additional password to access this remote computer & click NEXT.
10. Click Finish after You will get a screen stating that the setup process is complete.
    
    You will then see the QuickBooks Remote Access agent blinking in the system tray in the lower-right corner of the screen.
    
    It will take approximately one minute for the agent to synchronize with the WebEx server.
    
    Once the agent has synchronized with the server, the status ball will stop blinking and show a solid screen.
    
    
11. If you get a warning from your firewall program that the program is trying to access the Internet, click Allow Access.
12. On your web browser, you will get a confirmation screen stating that the agent was successfully installed. Click Continue.
    
    You will then see a list of computers with the newly added computer and a status of Connect.

The remote computer is now accessible through QuickBooks Remote Access.
