PCNow System Requirements
PCNow is currently available for the Windows platform. Our technology allows you to control PCs remotely using just a web browser and an internet connection. We recommend that you follow these guidelines to install PCNow:
Remote Computer: This is the computer that you would like to control remotely. To prepare this computer for remote access, you will need to run the PCNow set up wizard on this computer. NOTE: For best results, it is highly recommended that this computer has a broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, LAN). The remote computer should have at least:
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP, Vista, Server 2003
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
Always-on Internet connection (DSL, Cable, LAN)
You can print a document on the remote computer to your local printer without having to install any applications or print drivers

Local Computer: This refers to any computer which you will use to connect to the remote computer. A remote access session is established using a web browser on the local computer.The local computer should have at least:

Mobile Device: This refers to the cell phone, Blackberry, PDA, or other mobile device you will use to connect to your remote PC using the WebEx PCNow Mobile Access service. If you can go to a web site on your phone or other mobile device, then you can access WebEx PCNow Mobile Access. As we continue to expand, native support for the different physical characteristics of your device will be updated. In most cases, you'll just notice that things look better.
