How do I enable JavaScript?

Windows

  • Internet Explorer:

    1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    2. Select the Security.
    3. Select Custom level.



    4. Make sure Active scripting is enabled.



  • Firefox:

    1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
    2. Select the Content tab and make sure that Enable JavaScript is checked.



  • Chrome:

    1. From the Settings menu, select Options.

    2. On the Options tab, select Under the Hood on the left hand side, and then select Content Settings.

    3. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript or add WebEx to the Exceptions list.



  • Mac

  • Safari:

    1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.



    2. Select the Security tab and make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.



  • Firefox:

    1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences.



    2. Select the Content tab and make sure that Enable JavaScript is checked.



  • Chrome:

    1. From the Chrome menu, select Preferences.



    2. On the Preferences tab, select Under the Hood on the left hand side, and then select Content Settings.
